To break or not to break

After reading [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=552222#c1], I
realized I had to fix the mousetweak translation for pt_BR. I guess
other translation teams might have to fix their translations too, so I'm
writing this e-mail:

1. To warn people to check their translations;
2. To ask the GTP if a string break (for better descriptions) would do
more good than harm.
