Again, this is your fault guys: you are committing in the module's HEAD 
branch, but some modules, like totem, already made their 
release-specific branch, which is usually the one named gnome-2.24, so 
you should also commit the translations here.

Devhelp's case is a bit different, because it will use 2.22 for 2.24 
too, but that's all.

Please look at the file names you download from the statistics page, it 
contains the branch name, which it is based on, between the package name 
and your language code, e.g. devhelp.HEAD.hu.po should go to the HEAD 
branch, while devhelp.gnome-2-22.hu.po should go to gnome-2-22, once 
updated.
