single folder / project translations

Hello,

I posted a bugreport which, I was told, could be fixed by using a
script from i18n archives. I tried to find such script, but could not
figure out the keywords to search the numerous posts made to this
mailing list. Can someone please help me locate the script and maybe
also tell me how to use it.
