Potential request for freeze break (gnome-panel 2.24.x)

Hi,

I'd like to get some feedback before asking for freeze (and UI) break
:-) Unless people (including translators) really want this for 2.24.2,
the request would be for 2.24.3.

The current way to add a location to the clock applet looks weird to
many users because they don't expect autocompletion. Dan made a small
patch that adds a label to hint about this, and I guess it makes the
dialog more usable.

However I'm not 100% convinced this is worth the work for translators,
so I'm also considering pushing this in 2.25 only. What do people think?
