phonemgr status

Hi,

On http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/nl/gnome-extras the status of
phonemgr is 100%, as it should be because I recently finished the
translation.

However the download link, that supposedly points to HEAD, gets the old
version of the nl.po file. What's going on there?
