ANNOUNCE: Evolution - Marked existing string for Translation

Hi,

In evolution, there was a string existing which was not marked for
translation.

I committed a patch to trunk and gnome-2-22 branch marking the string
for translation.

I found that existing strings that are not marked for translation can be
marked for translation even when there is a string-freeze (stable
branch) from the URL:

http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/HandlingStringFreezes 

but I should announce them.
