Unable to commit to evolution-data-server trunk

Hi,
After updating translation in gnome-2-22 branch, I tried committing to 
 http://svn.gnome.org/svn/evolution-data-server/trunk/po
I got the following response:
svn ci bg.po ChangeLog  -m "`head -5 ChangeLog `"

Can anyone point a solution of how to commit to trunk?
