can't submit configure.in to gnome-pkgview

Hi all,

I added 'eu' entry into configure.in files 'ALL_LINGUAS'.

But, SVN system does not let me to commit it:

  $ svn commit configure.in ChangeLog

Is this a gnome-pkgview's bug? or SVN repository bug?
