Change language name for release notes of GNOME 2.22

Hello!
I don't know if this is the right place, but anyway I'd like to ask.
How can I change the name of my language on [1] from "Беларуская мова"
to "Biełaruskaja mova"? That's the right way of writing it in
Belarusian Latin script (Cyrillic is another language flavor).
