Is this release notes for gnome 2.22 the final one or going to be changed?

As for the translations for Nepali (ne) language is concerned, it's
already more than 80%:

http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/ne/

But I could not see the language in the list of supported languages.
Could someone please have a look at it?
