Commit error for ChangeLog file @ gparted

Hi,

I tried to update gparted for Sinahla (si) language.
Successfully updated and committed si.po.
But got an error while committing ChangeLog file.

 svn ci -m 'updated si.po' ChangeLog

what is this MAINTAINERS file???

Pls help me to commit the ChangeLog file.
