Oups, this seems to be the result of one of my bug reports, so I'm
explaining the matter.

But please Eitan, you shouldn't commit before obtaining two approvals
from gnome-i18n, even if the author of the bug report is a member of the
i18n Coordination Team.

The problem was that in French, the order of placeholders was reversed
(something like "index %d of parent %s", and msgfmt didn't accept it. So
I asked Eitan to add python extended placeholder format.
