show / hide translated modules

hi all!

since it's time to finish translating GNOME 2.22 I thought it would be
useful having #106779[1] closed, so I cooked a patch for it

reply with suggestions, issues, bugs and help it be merged into DL ASAP
so everyone would benefit from it :)
