switch from glade to gtkbuilder

hi everyone;

for gnome-utils/gnome-screenshot I'd like to apply the patch attached to
bug #549700[1] and switch from libglade to GtkBuilder. no strings would
be changed, but I wanted to ask if this would represent an issue with
the localization effort, in order to decide whether to commit or delay
for another cycle.
