There is a bugzilla issue about this
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=439947)(not opened by me). 
I think gnome-mastermind is still young for an inclusion in gnome-games
and their maintainers are not willing to include more games at the
moment.
BTW in the future it could be! Until that I'll ask for a svn account on
my own at GNOME SVN so life for translators and documenters will be
easier.
