New coordinator for Breton team

Hello!
I need to be the new translator for the Breton translation team on Gnome,  
because Jeremy LeFloc'h is anavailable for now. I can't even get an answer  
to my mails (I think he doesn't have any web access). If it's not possible  
without his agreement, please modify the info page of the team. The new
