New project: Accerciser

Hello,

We've added a new module (accerciser) to the GNOME subversion
repository. It is enabled for localization using. It would be great to
get on the list of projects the i18n team translates as we're looking
to propose Accerciser as a developer tool for GNOME 2.19/2.20.

Please let me know if we need to do anything else to make translation possible.
