seahorse branched for 2.18

Seahorse has been branched for 2.18.  The stable branch can be found
in gnome-2-18.  Development will continue in HEAD.

Plans for the next cycle:
* Replace gnome-keyring-manager for managing gnome keyrings
* Tomboy integration - Encrypted and Verified Notes plug-in
* Evolution integration - Use libcryptui for key selection, integrate
photo ids on keys with e-d-s contacts
* Evince integration - Cryptographic Signatures for form signature fields
* Supporting additional encryption methods (certificates, etc.)
