It's now in svn:
http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/gnomeweb-wml/trunk/www.gnome.org/start/2.18/notes/docbook/

I've copied what makes sense from the 2.16 directory, so it should work
exactly the same way as it worked for previous releases. I believe
there's some documentation on live.gnome.org about this (can someone
confirm?)

There's no screenshot in there yet. I've asked on marketing-list about
this, so screenshots should appear too. The strings are frozen, though.

If you spot any typo in the english text, we'll create an "en"
translation.

Thanks,

Vincent
