UI/String changes in Tomboy; note synchronization lands on trunk

Hi all,

A few hours ago I landed our note synchronization feature from a
branch into Tomboy trunk.  There are new UIs for sync, menu entries to
initiate a sync, and a new tab in the preferences dialog.
Correspondingly, there are many new strings in the sync UIs to be
translated.

Also, we have disabled the UI for the note tagging feature in trunk.
This affects the note window and the search window, and of course
there are corresponding strings.
