Epiphany-extensions used to be listed under the "extra" release set
(in l10n-status.g.o), but I can't find it this way in l10n.gnome.org
(which is a new URL for progress.gnome.org) -- at least, not for
pt_BR.

Any way, it's a module and can be found in:

http://l10n.gnome.org/module/epiphany-extensions
