New strings in gnome-session (and UI change in the session capplet)

Hi,

There are two new strings in gnome-session:
 + "Add Startup Program" has been changed to "New Startup Program"
 + "Your session has been saved."

And the UI has changed quite a bit in the session capplet, so the doc
should probably be updated when the UI freeze is on.
