ANN: Transmission 1.0 string freeze

Transmission, a gtk+-based BitTorrent client, is in string freeze
for a stable 1.0 (whoo! :) release next week.  We have very few
up-to-date translations right now and are looking for volunteers
for refreshes and/or new translations.

Transmission's svn is svn://svn.m0k.org/Transmission/trunk
