the bug i see is that the entire seconds_to_full_string() function here
does not use ngettext but improper "min > 1" comparisons, so this cannot
be properly translated to a lot of languages (at least czech, hungarian,
arabian come to my mind, someone may correct me). please DO file a bug
report at bugzilla.gnome.org against gnome-media and add the keyword
"L10N", point the developer to
http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/DevGuidelines/Plurals

that's a bug, cf http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318713 . you
may point the developer to that report for an example how to fix.

that's not a bug, it just means that there is a developer comment in a
line in front of the respective translatable string, see
http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/DevGuidelines/Use_comments

pah! in my humble opinion, the translators are way too friendly about
all these strange, broken, untranslatable strings out there[1]. yes,
please complain.
