[Bug 355620] need translator comments

This won't work: the translator comment needs to be on the line immediately
preceding the N_() string.

The comment will only be put in the pot file for the string it labels, not for
all strings that follow it. So I'd say labelling each string would be better,
so the translator sees the comment for each string.
