Trying to fix Thai translation, I have more questions:

How about "------", the fallback string found in weather.c, instead
of a single space?  I also found iwin_start_open() checks and skips
the zone info for this fallback.

Again, how about the fallback string "---"?

It seems many languages have used these fallbacks already.
