To do this, you have to check these 2 cases one by one:
1. If the file "po/LINGUAS" exists (such as epiphany), it lists all
locale names to be bundled. You should add "vi" to the list
OK, I can do this.
2. If (1) is not true, then check configure.in or configure.ac in
directory, and look for the line containing "ALL_LINGUAS=". All of the
locale names are listed after equal sign, and as the same, add "vi"
to the list.
This means I'll have to do more of that. I'm not a Gnome user, you
see (MacOSX). And I really don't have room on my disk for all these
I usually don't checkout the parent directory. :(

I've translated for the first time ... there are a lot, and they
probably haven't been available in the Gnome 2.12 release at all!
