ALL_LINGUAS in HEAD version of .po files

Hello,
  As I was updating some Latvian .po files for Raivis Dejus, I noticed that
there is no longer an ALL_LINGUAS entry in the "configure.in" file for the
HEAD version of GNOME, e.g., in those for eog and gcalctool. Instead, it
is in the file "configure". Should I be adding Latvian to the entry in the 
"configure" file?
