GNOME 2.12 up on the status pages

Translators -

After the next update, the status pages should no longer reference 
GNOME-2.8 modules, and should instead show GNOME-2.12 modules.

There will still be a number of releases off the GNOME-2.10 branches, so 
please continue translating the apps and libraries in GNOME-2.10 first 
and foremost.
