Should packages not branch for Gnome-2.10?

When I look at:
http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.10/da/desktop/index.html

There a a lot of new fuzzy and untranslated strings and many packages
has not branched or does not show up as branched for gnome-2.10.

Here is a list:
eog, 7 fuzzy, 4 untranslated
gnome-nettool, 2 untranslated

Also some are branched and suddenly have fuzzy strings like:
evolution-data-server with 1 fuzzy string
gdm2 with 1 fuzzy string
