IMHO, maintainers should do releases for each minor GNOME release. So
there should be a release for 2.10.2 and 2.10.3 for every modules if
there have been at least one change (translations included). And then,
there's usually no more releases for that branch since we have a new
stable branch.
If there's a GNOME module that has some new translations and that is not
getting released, please ask for a release :-)
