Yes, release-team, desktop-devel-list, gnome-doc-list, and gnome-i18n,
as per instructions near the bottom of
http://www.gnome.org/start/2.9/. Don't worry, others have missed
those instructions too. If you let people know about the branch then
it's fine to add or change strings on HEAD...
