Yes, we have the same problem in Turkish and Azerbaijani. I generally
translate these kind of strings as "Public files of user %s".
We have some kind of equivalent of English 's, like "ın", "in", "un",
"ün", etc but since these articles really depend on the last vowel of
username they are appended to and since we don't use the apostrophe
iether (Turkish uses it, Azerbaijani does not), it's very hard to guess
the right article. So this is some kind of hack I often use.
