Sadly, I'm not running intltool at all... I can't install it, it keeps 
bugging out with different errors. However, another user here said I 
really don't need intltool for simple checking out and committing of 
.po files, so I was relieved.

Hopefully, it doesn't matter. Thankyou for your suggestion. I'm using 
gettext 0.14.4.
