az_IR in status pages

I committed a few test files by Amir Hedayaty (Iranian Azerbaijani team
leader) yesterday, and it seems that the status pages don't show any
name for the language. (See item 85 in
http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.8/top.html). I would appreciate it
if it mentions that it is "Iranian Azerbaijani" there.
