Localization status pages and HEAD

I would appreciate a HEAD version of PO and POT files be created on
l10n-status pages, for cases when a team is not able or interested in
working on 2.8 translations of a certain large packages that is branched
for 2.8 but the team cannot dream of finishing it before 2.10.

Or should I file this on bugzilla?
