Good question -- I don't think we have formalized it in enough detail to
actually require two GTP approvals for string freeze stuff (as opposed
to release team approvals, where two approvals are actually required).
Usually we just assume one approval is enough for string freeze stuff,
so I'd say you're clear to do this. Unless Kjartan objects of course,
but that'd surprise me a lot in this case.
