Heh, "kyrillic" up yours :-P  Serbian it was, dude, Serbian!

It's not yet suited for usage by more than one language at the same
time, though that's what I plan to fix.

To get a glimpse of it, try something like:

You'll see a list of all entries beginning with "file" (that's what
above regex says), followed by "proposed" translations (each
proposition is given by a certain member, given on the right side,
followed by number of votes it has gotten so far).  If there's an
icon next to the proposed translation, it means that one is used in
that project (eg. Gnome/KDE).  There're separate administrators for
any of the projects.

First entry in there is a noun (Serbian "ÐÐÐÐÐÑÐ"), and the second is
a verb ("ÐÐÐÐÐÐ").

Registered users get the option to vote or add propositions for
translation, or enter new words in a dictionary.  Anonymous users
only get the option to propose translations (ÐÐÐÐÑ ÐÑÐÐÐÐ), but
please don't add any words here (it's used by both Serbian KDE and
Gnome teams, so we need not any crap in there :).

There're also some misc features for sake of usability: if you go to 
something like http://recnik.prevod.org/nadji/file, it will list
sole "file" entries first, followed by any other entries which
contain "file" (so it's not a true regex match).  CVS version is even
better at this since it forwards top-level requests here as well (and
our domain name is suitable: recnik=dictionary, prevod=translation :).

It's already localizable via PO files (Serbian translation is
provided, source code is in English), and it should be improved to use
content negotiation to determine language, thus supporting more than
one language.
