Incorrect translation causes evolution segfault

When pressing reply on many locales (like ru, sv and hu and many others)
evolution crashes. It is caused by incorrect translations. Here is the
example of ru.po file:

#. translators: attribution string used when quoting messages,
#. it must contain a single single %%+05d followed by a single '%%s'
#: mail/em-composer-utils.c:1509
msgid "On %a, %Y-%m-%d at %H:%M %%+05d, %%s wrote:"
msgstr "В сообщении от %d.%m.%Y %H:%M %%s пишет:"

Many translators forget to add %%+05d. 

There is also a bug #60129 for that problem in ximian bugzilla.
