ANNOUNCE: process-translation 2.0.1

It's here! The long awaited bugfix-release 2.0.1.

Did I say the 2.0.0 release was rock-solid? Well, it was!
So, this release is only here because of added support
for the custom upload-path of gnome-applets-locations.
(And the occasional code-cleanup of course)

If you don't know what process-translation is, skip down to the "What is
it?" part.

Well, just download the tarball and enjoy not having to manually upload
every single translation anymore.

Have fun!

Changes:
========
2004-07-05 Release 2.0.1 "The dude abides..."
        * Fixed bug: Add a check for bc, as this isn't always installed (Mandrake 10)
                     (thanks to Metin Amiroff)
        * Feature: Added the option to keep the translation after upload.
		     Default behavior is to remove the translation after
		     it has been uploaded to cvs.
                     Removed the FAQ-entry which describes this.
        * Feature: Added custom upload for gnome-applets-locations.

What is it?
===========

process-translation is a nice upload interface for Translation-team
coordinators. It processes translation files, checking their contents
and decompressing them if needed (gzip, bzip2 and pkzip). The files are
then uploaded to GNOME-CVS. It can also do some extra stuff if
everything is done.

What does it do EXACTLY?
========================

    - Decompresses po file
    - Checks if po file is correctly encoded with UTF-8 encoding
    - Checks if po file has any gettext errors
    - Makes sure the po file is not executable
    - Gives you ability to specify a different Translator credit
    - Checks out the current CVS module the translation belongs and updates/adds po file to CVS
    - Informs you about the commit process with a status dialog box
    - Gives you ability to do bulk committing ie. more than one po file with one command
