gtk+ translation domain split

Hi all,

I'm going to split the gtk20 domain into gtk20 and gtk20-properties, as
discussed in bug 114351 and recently in a thread on the gtk-i18n mailing
lists. Existing po files will be split as well, so no translations will
be lost. In the future, translations for ui strings and error messages
will continue to be found in the po directory, while nicks and blurbs of
properties will be located in the po-properties directory.

Please refrain from updates to the gtk+ po directory until I'm done.
