Why are obsolete entries counted in i18n statistics?

Hi guys,
If you take a look at:
http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.10/bg/developer-libs/index.html
you will see that gtk+ -> gtk+/po has *one* fuzzy string.
When I check it in the file:
http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.10/PO/gtk+.HEAD.bg.po

all fuzzy strings are obsoleted.
Is this a bug?
