Sorry, can't help myself with that, but perhaps someone else can. I know
though that Malcolm wrote a most appreciated guide for setting up
gettext and intltool: http://www.gnome.org/~malcolm/i18n/
Perhaps that can be of help to you.
In any case, please let us know once NetworkManager finally supports
gettext and intltool.
