Ok, the change has my approval from a string freeze POV, if:
1) You apply the patch to CVS very soon (after Evolution maintainer
approval of course)
and
2) You let gnome-i18n gnome org once the patch has been applied, so
translators know when to update translations.
My reasoning is that it's a bugfix for a highly visible message, and
shouldn't be much work for translators to adopt since similar messages
are already present.
