Sadly we don't have an obvious way to get at the pot files -- I always
recommend using the trick Raphael already told about, i.e. go to the
status pages of a team that doesn't have many translations. If there is
no translation the link will be pointing to the POT file.

I.e. you can use these pages for fetching POT files for the time being:

These are the translations that need to be complete for full GNOME
support. In addition, there are some proposed modules that may or may
not be included in GNOME 2.8:

We will know which ones get included soonish, but as translating these
is huge work, it helps starting to translate them early.
