I think you can go to the Top List
<http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.8/top.html> and roll down to the last
teams. As they're the last (on top list) the don't have too much strings
translated and therefore the links on their status page will point to the
POT files.

Or you can go to directly to http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.8/PO/
which has all (or at least it should have, as discussed in thread "Different
string totals in status") the POTs.
