Ethonologue says that approx 300.000 speaks Danish outside Denmark ie.
in Greenland, The Færøe Islands, Canada, USA, etc.
Approx 5% of the people living in Denmark are not of Danish nationality
but most of them speak Danish as well.
There are living approx 5.3 million people in Denmark
