This is the first message I recieve from you, so sorry for not
responding earlier.

Dmitry G. Mastrukov is still the Russian coordinator. If you want to
contribute or commit Russian translations, you need to get his approval
first.

If he is unreachable, you should probably try to announce a new Russian
team and a new Russian coordinator on the gnome-i18n@gnome.org mailing
list. The details needed are on
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/teams.html#starting. Please cc:
the current coordinator when doing that.
