Summary: rauf and runter in de translation

"Up" and "Down" are tranlated into German with "Rauf" and "Runter". This is
slang but not good German (also according "Duden", *the* German dictionary).
Better is "Nach oben" (for up) and "Nach unten" (for down).

+Please use the l10n component, don't cc: gnome-i18n directly.
