gnome-themes translation stuff

Hi, gnome-themes and gnome-desktop-themes have been merged together.
I've tried to pull existing translations for gnome-desktop-themes into
gnome-themes, but I might have screwed some things up (I hope not). This
also means that there are a number of new untranslated strings in
gnome-themes. Sorry it took so long for me to get this all fixed up.
